Inspired by corridos tumbados and sad sirreños, an homage to the art of amor in our culture – we are known for our expression of love. Haunted by the memories of those I have loved, I carry the weight of heartbreak. It is the reason I feel that I am living and breathing, fighting every step of the way – and, inherited from my dad, when I fall, I fall hard amongst the stars.

Inspirado de corridos tumbados y sirreños tristes, un homenaje al amor en nuestra cultura – somos conocidos por nuestra expresión de amor. Seguida por las memorias de los que ha amado, cargo el peso del desamor. Es la razón por la que siento que estoy viva y respirando, luchando en cada paso del camino – y, heredado de mi papá, cuando caigo, caigo duro en medio de las estrellas.
